The Process
Q: How does this work once I order?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with an upload link. You’ll drop in your video clips or photos (no need to trim or organize them). I’ll sort through, select the best moments, and craft your film. Your finished video will be delivered straight to your inbox within about three weeks of upload.

Q: What happens after I upload my footage?
You’ll get a quick confirmation note, and I’ll start your edit. You don’t have to do anything else — just wait for a little magic to arrive in your inbox.

Footage & Uploads
Q: How much footage can I upload?
Each film has its own limit:

The Short: up to 40 clips or 2 GB

The Delivery / The Season: up to 90 clips or 4 GB
-
The Heirloom: up to 140 clips or 6 GB

Q: What if I have more than the limit?
You can choose your favorites or upgrade to the next package. If you’d like to add extra footage to your package, just reach out — additional minutes or clips can be added for a small fee.

Q: What kind of files can I send?
Most common formats work great — .mp4, .mov, and of course, phone videos are perfect!! Feel free to mix photo and video clips. This is YOUR film!

Q: Can I upload from my phone?
Yes! The upload link is mobile-friendly. You can upload directly from your camera roll, Google Drive, or iCloud.
Music & Style
Q: Can I pick my own song?
Yes, you can share a vibe (acoustic, upbeat, emotional, etc.) or a specific track idea. I’ll use fully licensed music that fits your footage and matches your style.

Q: What’s your editing style?
A: I edit with a storytelling eye. Warm, heartfelt, and real. Every camera roll tells its story a little differently, and I shape each film around what’s already there: the laughter, the light, and the quiet moments in between. Think keepsake home movie, elevated.
Payment & Packages
Q: How do payments work?
You pay upfront when you select your package. This holds your spot and covers your licensed music, editing, and delivery.
Q: Can I buy a package as a gift?
Yes! Homespun films make beautiful gifts for parents or grandparents. Gift options are available — just select “gift” at checkout or leave me a note.

Q: What is the Short Series?
It’s a bundle of four short films you can use any time throughout the year — birthdays, vacations, holidays. You pay once and get the fourth film free.
Holiday & Seasonal
Q: What’s the best deadline for a Christmas or holiday film?
For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, please upload your footage by December 10th.
